Introduction & Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 77dd platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). All matters set out in these Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

By visiting the 77dd website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use the gaming services on the 77dd platform:

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 77dd, you must complete a valid registration form. You will need to provide your correct name, age, contact details, and preferred payment method information at the time of registration.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All members are required to complete the identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) where applicable. This process may require submission of a government-issued ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address.

3.3 Account Security

The following measures must be followed to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 77dd support team immediately.
• Log out after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Refrain from using third-party software or bots.

77dd will not be liable for any account loss or misuse where it is established that the member themselves created the security risk through their own negligence.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

77dd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure your account is fully verified. Withdrawals are only possible via the same payment method used to make the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to security checks.

4.3 Transaction Verification

77dd reserves the right to initiate a verification process in cases of suspicious transactions or financial irregularities. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during this time. Following anti-money laundering (AML) policies is part of 77dd's obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit at 77dd, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions.
• A bonus offer is applicable once per member, per device, and per IP address.
• 77dd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Bonus balance is kept separate from the cash balance.
• Attempting to withdraw before completing the wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

77dd offers a variety of gaming services including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game or betting category may have its own specific rules, which are displayed on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The game provider's rules and results are considered final.
• Server logs and database records will be treated as conclusive evidence in resolving all disputes.

6.2 Technical Issues

77dd is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnection or device issues. However, if it is established that the fault was caused by 77dd's servers, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

6.3 Sports Betting

The relevant sports betting rules apply when placing bets on cricket and other sports markets. Detailed information about markets is available in the betting section. The outcome of all markets is determined based on the official results of the relevant international sports governing bodies (ICC, FIFA, etc.).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77dd platform and any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse: Unfairly exploiting bonus benefits or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Fraud: Any form of deception or dishonest conduct.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to transact funds derived from illegal sources.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Underage access: Sharing an account with a minor or operating an account on their behalf.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities: Taking advantage of any system bug or error.
• Abusive behaviour: Offensive or threatening conduct towards members of the customer service team or other players.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Action by the Platform

77dd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Security concerns or patterns of suspicious transactions.
• A self-exclusion request in accordance with the responsible gaming policy.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 77dd support team. It is advised to settle any outstanding bets and withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Limitation of Liability

The highest standard of care and competence is ensured in operating the 77dd platform. However, 77dd does not accept liability in the following cases:

• Service disruption caused by technical failure or network issues.
• Failure of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers, etc.).
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Financial losses incurred by a member as a direct result of normal gaming activity on the platform.
• Unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

In all circumstances, 77dd's maximum liability will be limited to the member's active balance relating to the incident in question.
